Stitching? What'sThat?

Yes, that title says it all! Not much stitching going on and I don't know why. I just can't seem to settle on anything for long. I still want to stitch-it just seems to be in a meandering kind of way. This is daydream by My Mark Designs . I am doing it on a Silkweaver Solo that I just love! I am going to put this in my boys room-because they do love to daydream! Also, I realized that it was the only room in my house that had none of my stitching permeating it(had to rectify that-LOL). Their room is blue and I think this will look really cool on their walls. Other than that, I do have a finish-but I can't show you as it is for an exchange. Hopefully next week.

Anyway, you may not see me much-not because I don't want to, but I don't have a whole lot of stitching going on. I also hope to working on some house projects too which will also cut into my stitching time. However the house needs some of my attention. Anyway, I hope your Memorial Day weekend is wonderful! God Bless!

Nice to hear from you, we do have to take care of other things sometimes or our mode simply changes. I am in a reading mode now :)

I certainly have times like that, where I stitch in my mind but don't seem to get thread to linen IRL. ;)

This is a great design and will look wonderful in your boys' room!

Oh, I like that pattern on that fabric! Great choice Sharon :o)

We all get busy when the warmer weather comes and that's understandable ;o)

Sharon, Daydream is going to be lovely. I love the fabric you've chosen. And I sure understand not stitching for a while. Have a wonderful break and hurry back.

I love the fabric Sharon! Don't worry, we enjoy getting to see what you share ... doesn't matter if it's not as frequent as you would like sometimes.

Gorgeous fabric, Sharon! (the design is nice, too LOL!) I won't tell you to enjoy your housework (an impossible task) but I do hope it goes quickly for you so you can get back to stitching :)

Yummy fabric, Sharon!

Other projects sometimes have to be attended to and even take precedence over stitching (gasp!). :D Good luck with them and perhaps post a progress pic of now and then!

Fully understand that statement!!! I haven't stitched much at all either.

Like your new stitching start, though. I think that is what I am doing more lately instead of stitching...daydreaming. :-)

Daydream is going to look great!

I too have been doing some 'house things' and have been neglecting my stitching. Hopefully that will be rectified soon!

Have a great day, my friend!!

Don't you just hate it when your stitching impetus takes a wander? I wonder where mine goes some times. Maybe yours is day dreaming? :)

Stitching will be there taking up space in some corner of the house when you get back to, just as we will look forward to further progress reports. So have you time to blog about the other creative things you are doing in your life - kids, house renos? They all count, after all (pardon the pun).
