Winter's Delivery by Blackbird Designs

Here is Blackbird Design's Winter's Delivery stitched on 32 count Vatican red with the recommended GAST fibers. There is not too much going on here but the work, work and more work. So not too much stitching due to that. The kids and I have also started prepping for school. I took Baby Girl to her high school orientation yesterday. I will have two in high school this year. I am getting old!

So today, this and Summer House are off to the framer's and then me and my mom are going to browse the antique stores. Thanks for your compliments on Summer House and thanks as always for your continued visits. Have a great Friday!

The red fabric really makes the stitching stand out. You getting older? Surely not!

Lovely finish. Looking forward to see both pieces framed.
The little one in high school...sigh...I know that feeling. That was for me about a month or so that she left school. You look away for one moment, and they grow up without permission!!!

How lovely, Sharon!! That fabric really sets off the design!

Don't you hate it when they start to grow out---out of the house that is, LOL! My children are now 26 and 21 with families of their own...enjoy yours in the time they are still with you in your home!

Happy Stitchin'

I'll join the club of those who feel they are getting old... I'll turn 43 at the end of the month, and my baby will soon be 11 and enter secondary school. No more waiting at the gate for our little ones to come out (quite a good thing, actually, considering that it always rains at that time...).
Lovely stitching on a perfectly chosen fabric.
Hugs!
