Drama Queen finish!

Finally, a finish! I have had a heck of time trying to get a decent picture of this. I concede! This is drama queen by Lizzie Kate. It is part of her girl thing pattern. Obviously, this applies to my little drama queen Alexis! It is done on 28 count ray of light linen which is a very pale yellow. Though it is very hard to tell that. It was relatively quick to stitch and I haven't quite decided how I am going to finish it. I have been stitching some-mostly Lizzie Kate. I have a small ornament almost done-it is called holly jolly. Thanks for all the encouraging words regarding my slump. I am trying to stitch a little everyday, though that doesn't always happen.

I have anxious to see what is going to come out of Nashville-mostly to see if I am tempted with anything. I am really interested in seeing Quaker Gone Tropic by Michelle Ink. The new Blue Ribbon Designs are beautiful. Not sure I am going there yet. Anyway, off to try and stitch. Have a great weekend!

Adorable Sharon! What about a cube or a small wall hanging for her doorknob?

My stitching mojo has returned! I can send some over to you if you want :o)

This slump, too, shall pass, Sharon. Don't worry about it. As long as you can keep producing cute stuff like this, you're alright! I lovethis design by LK!

A lovely design. You seem to be getting out of this stitching slump, don't you? I also started with small things and then was in the full swing again after a short while.

Cute finish, it would make a fun door hanging. I'm looking forward to the Nashville designs too. Gone Tropic does look interesting the little bits I've seen of it, and I love the new BRD It's Cold Outside, the penguins are just to cute.

Gorgeous exchanges with Myrna and this sweetie for Alexis is adorable.

I know what you mean about a slump. This week I wanted to stitch anything but what I already had in my stash.(LOL) Good thing there are no NSs nearby so I HAD to shop in my own stash.

Very cute finish!

I have seen a few things that have been previewed so far that I like but I'm holding off as I'm trying to cut my stash down this year plus I might change my mind later and not like them as much! I do, howver, love BRD's Baby It's Cold Outside!

What a GREAT design and finish!! Hooray! :D I'm also intensely curious what will come out of Nashville - as usual, I'm particularly alert to any new CHS designs that I "can't live without". LOL!

This is so adorable and such cheerful colors! However you decide to finish it I know it will be so pretty! Stitching little designs is good I think. They give you that sense of accomplishment so that you can tackle the larger designs again some day. Just have fun!

Nice finish! I have a little drama king at home. He probably wouldn't appreciate it if I altered the pattern, LOL.
